Please read before use, and go over this guide with everyone at home. AirVac Pro™ is an aid only and does not replace first aid, medical advice or treatment. We strongly recommend taking a certified first-aid course.
Before anything happens
- Open the box and get to know the device, the activation button and the 3 masks.
- Decide in advance which mask fits each family member: the mask should cover the mouth and nose and seal well against the face.
- Keep the device in a fixed, accessible place known to everyone at home – for example next to the first-aid kit.
In an emergency – 3 steps
- Call for help: call emergency services immediately (or ask someone else to call) and follow the dispatcher's instructions and accepted first-aid guidelines.
- Place the mask: attach the right-sized mask, place it over the mouth and nose and press firmly to create a full seal.
- Press the button: one press and the device performs the suction automatically – no pushing and no pulling. Check whether the obstruction has cleared and repeat as needed, according to the manufacturer's enclosed instructions.
After use
- Even if the obstruction cleared – seek medical evaluation.
- Clean the mask with warm water and mild soap, dry well and return it to the box.
Warnings
- Do not use the device instead of calling for help or instead of first aid.
- Always follow the manufacturer's enclosed instructions.
- Keep out of reach of children when not in use, and do not let children play with the device.
- No specific result is guaranteed. Use is subject to the site terms.
