30-day full refund
We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason the product is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.
Return conditions
- The product is returned in its original packaging, complete, unused and with all accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, a product that has been used or whose masks were removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned, except for a defective product.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for a defective or incorrectly supplied product – in those cases we cover all costs.
Cancellation under Israeli consumer protection law
Transactions may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations. Cancellation before shipping – full refund. Cancellation after receipt – subject to returning the product as described above.
How to return
Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product.
Defective product
Received a defective product? Send us a photo within 14 days of receipt and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund – at no cost.
